Keeping you safe at our practice
Please remember to:

Only attend the practice if you have an appointment

Please telephone the practice to arrange an appointment, do not just turn up

Please wear a face covering to attend the practice

Please push the button on our front door and our receptionist will invite you in when safe to do so

We will take your temperature on arrival

You will be asked to complete a full medical history form, so please bring a full medication list and reading glasses where applicable

Please attend the practice, where possible on your own
What we have put in place since July 2020 in our new premises:

High pressure plasma air purifier system

High volume extraction fans (17 air change per hour)

High volume suction equipment

Hydrogen peroxide rinse for every patient to use before every procedure

Full PPE for all staff

Washable furniture in all areas

Intercom system at front door

Social distancing-limiting patients waiting in the reception area
These are just a few changes we have made due to COVID 19 to enable us to keep our patients and staff safe, while providing all the treatments our patients require. All areas are cleaned at regular intervals and as always, we are working to the highest standards possible. Please remember we are still the friendly team you know, even under all our PPE.

Disability Access at Widnes Dental Practice
There is a small step into the practice at the front door, we do have a ramp on request, if required for wheel chair access. There is parking on Victoria Road, outside the practice. We have an intercom system at the front door for assistance on arrival. On the ground floor, the practice has two clinical areas, a low desk at reception and disabled toilet facilities.
If you have any disability or special requirements for your visit, please call the practice and speak to one of our friendly team. We will be happy to answer any questions you have and accommodate you as best we can.
