Keeping you safe at our practice

Please remember to:

  • Only attend the practice if you have an appointment

  • Please telephone the practice to arrange an appointment, do not just turn up

  • Please wear a face covering to attend the practice

  • Please push the button on our front door and our receptionist will invite you in when safe to do so

  • We will take your temperature on arrival

  • You will be asked to complete a full medical history form, so please bring a full medication list and reading glasses where applicable

  • Please attend the practice, where possible on your own

What we have put in place since July 2020 in our new premises:

  • High pressure plasma air purifier system

  • High volume extraction fans (17 air change per hour)

  • High volume suction equipment

  • Hydrogen peroxide rinse for every patient to use before every procedure

  • Full PPE for all staff

  • Washable furniture in all areas

  • Intercom system at front door

  • Social distancing-limiting patients waiting in the reception area

These are just a few changes we have made due to COVID 19 to enable us to keep our patients and staff safe, while providing all the treatments our patients require. All areas are cleaned at regular intervals and as always, we are working to the highest standards possible. Please remember we are still the friendly team you know, even under all our PPE.

If you have any questions about our changes, please contact the practice and our team will be happy to help.
