Catherine gained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2018 after gaining her B(Eng) First Class Honours Degree in Dental Materials Science from Queen Mary, University of London in 2014. After working with the principal, Mr Cheung, at another practice since qualifying, Catherine then joined Widnes Dental Practice in November 2021.

Catherine enjoys all aspects of being a dentist, however she particularly enjoys helping those with dental anxiety, relieving pain and seeing the benefits of preventative advice.

Catherine has attended many postgraduate courses to further her knowledge. These include Invisalign Go, Smilefast Composite bonding, aesthetic treatments (anti- wrinkle injections) and is soon to start a six- month course in Restorative Dentistry. She has completed her MJDF Part 1 and is looking forward to taking her Part 2 to gain membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Catherine was a co-opted member of the Liverpool Dental Committee and enjoyed being one of the British Dental Association’s student representatives of the North West during her studies.

Outside of work, Catherine loves to spend quality time with her family and friends and travelling.
